Over the years KAILASA has evolved a scientific analytical civilization with unbiased intelligence, therefore perfecting the building of village and town structures using the ancient Vedic science of Sthapathyaveda.
Sthapatyaveda or the Science of Establishing is an ancient branch of knowledge that describes a complete system of architecture and city planning that follows the laws of nature. Sthapatyaveda promotes optimum health, bliss, superconsciousness, and prosperity through the structuring and design of homes, building, institutions, villages & cities. Through the science of Sthapatyaveda, KAILASA’s Department of Housing is working toward implementing the science of Sthapatyaveda to create the optimal environment for the citizens of KAILASA to radiate enlightenment
KHD focuses on innovation and partnerships with the private, government, and not-for-profit sectors to facilitate social and economic outcomes for individuals, communities, to contribute to a better, stronger & resilient KAILASA through housing & community development in accordance with the Sthapatyaveda & the Vaastu Shastra.

What we do
Our Mission
It is the mission of KHD to frame policies, prepare plans for building enlightened living spaces, town planning, construction, community development, protection of the environment, and other environmental conservation efforts for the citizens of KAILASA. KHD ensures access to secure and affordable housing for the citizens across the housing spectrum in the vicinity of Nithyanandeshwara Paramashiva Devalayas in and around the defacto embassies of KAILASA.
Our Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of KHD to:
- Allocate funds for national housing programs to the de facto embassies of KAILASA
- Creating an environment that facilitates the attainment of conscious sovereignty & living enlightenment
- Establish and promote sustainable housing development.
- Establish and maintain a multi-year housing development plan;
- Providing community development assistance and ensuring everyone all citizens of KAILASA have equal access to knowledge of Stapathyavedam and Vedic Housing
- Improving quality municipal services to the people by strengthening KAILASA’s de facto embassies and enabling them to fulfill their duties effectively.
